ONTARIO (Ottawa) — The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of Day Parole.
Ryan Phillips is described as a black male, 34 years of age, 5’7″ (170 cm), 155 lbs (70kgs) with black hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on the right side of his head, left cheek, right hand, upper back, forehead and scars on his chest and upper back.
He is serving a two (2) year, eleven (11) month 29 day sentence for Robbery, Use of Imitation Firearm, Theft Under (X2), Possession of Schedule I/II substance and Assault Causing Bodily Harm.
The offender is known to frequent the Ottawa, Toronto and Hamilton areas.
