Gordon Lyle Patterson of Cobden, and formerly of Foresters Falls, passed away peacefully in Caressant Care Nursing Home, Cobden in the presence of his loving family, on Sunday, January 5 at the age of 85. Gordon Lyle Patterson beloved husband of the late Barbara Patterson (nee Bowes). Dear father of Wade (Rachel Bowie) and Wendy Patterson (Robert McLaughlin). Also survived by grandchildren Josh and Joel Patterson, Lucas and Aaron Simon and Robin McLaughlin: great-grandchildren, Cattibrie, Mckoel, Jax, Annabelle and Emmett; sister Aileen Love, brother Graeme Patterson, daughter-in-law, Debbie Patterson. Predeceased by his parents Irwin and Mildred Patterson (nee Forrest), and by brothers Roy, Johnston (Jack), Harold and William. Friends may call at the Fraser-Morris and Heubner Funeral Home in Cobden on Saturday, January 11, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Service in the Chapel at 3:30 p.m. Spring Interment at Howard Cemetery in Foresters Falls.
