That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region pass a by-law to accept, assume, dedicate as public highway and name the lands described as Part 2 of Plan 49R-9820.
“This is a report for cleanup that CAO Burton has prepared.” Roads Manager Lane Cleroux said. “Through a recent attempt at a sale of property, it was determined that part of Grant Settlement was not assumed by the Township. it’s just a cleaning up exercise to put Part 2 to be assumed by the township.”
There were no questions and the motion was carried.
