Beachburg author Heather Campbell launched her fifth book, Heather’s Musings and More, at Country Haven Retirement Home last week.
Prior to reading a few stories, Ms. Campbell signed copies of the book. She also signed aftewards.
Proceeds from the book are going to the Alzheimer’s Society. Milton Fraser, a counsellor with Alzheimer Society of Renfrew County, spoke about the disease. He also brought many informational pamphlets for people who attended to take home with them.
