The Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approved the sale of lands in the Industrial Park located at 51 Industrial Park Road to Snyders Equipment Services Inc. in the amount of $61,755.00 plus all applicable taxes.
“This is the last remaining parcel in the Industrial park.” CAO Trembley said, saying that they would be constructing a “vehicle repair shop” and demolishing other buildings on the site.
“Needless to say, we are happy with the bid.” he said.
