Passed away suddenly and peacefully surrounded with the love of his family on Sunday, March 10th, 2019 at Pembroke Regional Hospital in his 82nd year. Jimmy Sheedy, son of the late Gregg Sheedy & Rita, nee Mulligan, of Osceola. Dear husband and best friend of the late Marie Code. Dearly loved father & mentor to Jeff (Barbara Lyn), Michael (Shelley), Kevin (Shelley), Connie Baynham (the late Todd), Steven (Penny) & Lisa O’Grady. Cherished grandfather of Krysten, Travis, Brendan, Malachy, Scott, Brian, Rebecca, Lyndsay, Greggory, Shannon, Molly, Angie (Kevin), Jonathon (Angie) & Jordan (Ashley). Dearly loved great-grandfather of Noah, Jacob, Jason & Alana Shea. Dear brother of Ritsi McGuire (the late Brian) and good friend Gilbert. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Neville Funeral Home, Pembroke, on Thursday, March 14 from 7-9 p.m. and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at The Church of the Most Holy Name of Jesus, Pembroke on Saturday, March 16 at 10:30 a.m. Interment St. Columba’s Cemetery, Pembroke. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Miramichi Lodge would be appreciated.
