The Cloverbuds, which is the youngest group for 4-H, recently learned how to make maple syrup while visiting a sugar bush. Anna McIntyre and her children, Autumn, Nolan and Lyric, helped the children learn this age-old way of how maple syrup is made.
They told the Cloverbuds about maple syrup, and then let them collect the sap, strain the sap, watched as it boiled and then ate some taffy.
We thank the Cloverbuds for sharing their photos with whitewaternews.ca. If you have photos of your event to share, please email to [email protected]
