Dear Editor:
While reading the article, Healthy Shoreline leads to healthy lake published in the August 24 edition of Whitewater News, which is on proposed cleaning efforts for Muskrat Lake, wouldn’t the biggest impact come from Cobden municipality dumping raw sewage into the swamp at the end of the lake when severe storms hit.
Ottawa has started creating storm water ponds to take the strain off their system.
Maybe this is something that would get a bigger result quicker to help display what effects that drainage make.
