Ben Samson presented before Council, protesting the requirement for vaccine passport, claiming that the requirement is “a violation as rights of free Canadians.”
He referred to the COVID-19 as “experimental genetic therapy” , claiming that they did not “fit the definition of a vaccine.”
Clerk Carmen Miller had sent an email to him, provided with the presentation, informing him that Council did not set vaccine mandates or requirements for passports “Vaccination mandates at arenas are imposed by the Province and/or the Health Unit or hockey organizations and aren’t within our jurisdiction. “ she said.
Samson was informed by the Mayor that his time was up, and the connection was cut.
“We and other residents are prepared to pursue counter-” he said before the meeting moved on.
