Margaret Helen Fanning
Peacefully at Bonnechere Manor, Renfrew on Sunday, August 12, 2018 in her 82nd year. Helen Fanning of Westmeath and formerly of Montreal is survived by her brothers and sister, Paul Fanning, James Fanning (Grace), Evelyn Fanning, Robert Fanning (Carol) and Basil Fanning. Predeceased by her husband Sam Sampson, and brothers Clarence Fanning, Florence Porceillo (Jim), Curtis Fanning and John Fanning (Marie). Daughter of the late Joseph William and Caroline Christine (nee Landry) Fanning. Helen worked for over thirty years at the Douglas Hospital Centre in Montreal as a Dietician. Helen will be sadly missed by all her nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, August 23rd at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of Grace Church, Westmeath. Interment Our Lady of Grace Cemetery. In memory of Helen, donations to Bonnechere Manor or Our Lady of Grace Cemetery Fund would be appreciated.
