Melissa Bishop placed 8th in the women’s 800m final at the Commonwealth Games in Scotland with a time of 2:02.61.
In Heat #2 of the 4x400m women’s relay, Team Canada, of which Melissa is a member, placed 3rd with a time of 3:31.02. The team now competes in the final.
