The Muskrat Novice Voyageurs defeated Valley Storm 7 to 1 on and then were edged by the Petawawa Patriots 4 to 3 in recent hockey action. The novice Voyageurs are away at a tournament this weekend.
In recent atom action, the Muskrat Voyageurs were defeated 3-1 by the Pembroke Kings; and then went on to win two games, 4-2 over the Renfrew Timberwolves and 4-2 over the Deep River Knights. The Atom Voyageurs are away all weekend in a tournament.
The Muskrat Peewee Voyageurs won two of three recent games. They were shut-out 4-0 by the Deep River Knights; and then went on to trounce Valley Storm 6-1 and then edge the Deep River Knights 4-1. The Voyageurs meet up with Pembroke Kings at PemIce 2 on Monday, Oct. 29 at 6:40 p.m. followed the next night at 7 p.m. at the Westmeath Arena when the Kings come to town.
The Muskrat Voyageur Bantams lost both games this past week to the Renfrew Timberwolves, 4-2 in Game 1 followed by an 11-2 thrashing in the second game. The Bantams take on Valley Storm tonight (Thursday, Oct. 25) at the Westmeath Arena at 7 p.m. They will then participate in a tournament in Perth on the weekend. On Thursday, Nov. 1, they take on the Petawawa Patriots at the Westmeath Arena at 7 p.m.
In the midget division, the Muskrats were shutout 5-0 by the Petawawa Patriots and then defeated 6-1 by the Renfrew Timberwolves. The Muskrats are scheduled for a game against the Valley Storm tonight (Thursday, Nov. 25) at 8:30 p.m. at the Westmeath Arena followed by a game in Renfrew against the Timberwolves on Saturday, Nov. 3 at 7 p.m.
