It is with sadness we announce the passing of Neil Carbert of Cobden, who died peacefully in Renfrew Victoria Hospital on Sunday, August 19, 2018 in his 83rd year. Neil Carbert, beloved companion and soulmate of Evelyn Lehman, nee Koss. Dear father of Belinda Carbert, Bradley Carbert and Beverley (Anthony Adamo). Also survived by several grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held in the Cobden and District Legion at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the Fraser-Morris and Heubner Funeral Home, Cobden.
