The cornerstone of our democracy is the secret ballot. Under normal circumstances, mine would be secret but these are not normal times. Judging by the number of candidates and the turnout for the All Candidates Meetings, I am not alone in my thinking. While still undecided on some, so far I have made up my mind and am voting for Charlene Jackson and Darryl McLaughlin for council. I am extremely impressed with Charlene and she will be a valuable asset to council. More later
