Heaven has gained an angel. It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our cherished mother, Connie Neuman (Shand), at the age of 72 on Monday, June 11, 2018. She enjoyed her music and singing, it was always her go to place. Time spent with family and friends were memories she would always cherish. Mother of Bonnie (Rick), Boyd (Christine), Suzann (Greg), Diane (Jim), Blaine (Gwen) and Joanne. Step-mother of Debbie (David), Albert Jr, Christina (Frankie). Cherished Great-Great Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and Grandmother of many. Beloved sister of Darlene (Ivan), Betty (Wayne), Darwin, Dennis (Loraine), Dean, Blanche (Willard), Tom (Diane), Pam (Jeff). Will be missed by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by her husband Al Shand, parents Thomas and Reine, siblings Karen, Cheryl, Julie, and Blaine.
Services to be held at Heubner Funeral Home Barry’s Bay Friday, June 15. Visitation 12:30 p.m. till 2 p.m. You’re invited to join the family for lunch 2 to 3 p.m. Funeral 3 to 3:30 p.m. Burial to follow in Purdy.
