David Miles
June 26, 1930 ~ January 18, 2022 (age 91)
It is with sadness we announce the peaceful passing of David Miles at Riverview Heights on Tuesday January 18, 2022.
Born in the U.K. he immigrated to Canada too set up two hair Salons and teach hairdressing at Algonquin College in downtown Ottawa. He had a very elite cliental and upon retiring enjoyed travelling. Having met his life long partner (Ken Fink deceased), moved to Beachburg and opened up The Beachburg Inn a bed and breakfast and an Antique Shop on the main street of Beachburg. The restaurant was known near and far in the Valley for its excellent fine dining. Arrangements entrusted to the Fraser-Morris and Heubner Funeral Home Cobden.
