Edith May Mulligan (Edwards)
Peacefully at Marianhill Residence Pembroke, surrounded by the love of her family, on Friday June 22, 2018 in her 90th year. Edith Mulligan (nee Edwards) of Pembroke, beloved wife of the late Frank Mulligan. Loved and cherished mother of Gwen Flowers (late Robert), Grace McLaughlin (Hayden) and Thomas Mulligan all of Pembroke, Heather Newton (David), Kitchener, Iris Mulligan, Pembroke and Donna Severin (Doug), Beachburg. Predeceased by her son Francis Mulligan. Loving grandmother of 12 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her brothers James, Joseph, Ernest, Lloyd, Wallace, Herbert, John, Gordon, Leonard, Garnet and Archie Edwards, her sister Ethel Clark and her grandson Terry Flowers. Sister-in-law of Idena Edwards. Daughter of the late Joseph and Ellen (nee Beaudrie) Edwards. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Friends shared their memories of Edith with her family during visitation at the Murphy Funeral Home, Pembroke on Monday, June 25. A Funeral Service was held on Tuesday, June 26 in the Pembroke Pentecostal Tabernacle. Interment Pembroke Pentecostal Cemetery.
