James (Barry) Derouin
Peacefully at home following a courageous battle with cancer surrounded by his loving family on Thursday evening February 4, 2016 in his 79TH year. Barry Derouin of Westmeath, beloved husband of Joan Derouin (nee Dufault). Loved and cherished father of Ronald Derouin (Sheila), Nepean, Timothy Derouin, Westmeath, Peter Derouin, Westmeath, Michael Derouin (Paula), Calgary, Jennifer Derouin Calgary, Stephen Derouin (Karen), Westmeath and Jeffrey Derouin (Heather), Westmeath. Loving grandfather of Kourtney, Luke, Sara, Travis, Brett, Rylie and Jacob. Dear brother of Maureen Burbage (late James) Brudenell, Dawna Cuddy (late Carl), Pembroke, Mary Conway (Robert), Killaloe and Sharon Derouin, Pembroke. Son of the late James and Bernice (nee Wyman) Derouin. Brother-in-law of Julie Zito (late James) Aylmer QC, Anne Gervais (late Cecil) Pembroke, Denzil Dufault (late Judy) Ottawa and Danny Dufault (Nancy) Kemptville. Friends are invited to share their memories of Barry with his family during visitation at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Tuesday 7 – 9 p.m. and Wednesday 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday morning February 11 in Our Lady of Grace Church, Westmeath at 11 o’clock, followed by cremation.
