RALPH LAWRENCE GERVAIS
December 5, 1928 – December 29, 2016
Peacefully, with family by his side, at Miramichi Lodge, Pembroke in his 89th year on Thursday, December 29, 2016. Retired from INCO, Ralph Gervais formerly of Westmeath, is survived by his children Ken (Suzanne), Penticton, BC , Richard Gervais, Ottawa, Wendy Charbonneau (Greg ),Westmeath, Bev Kruger, Ottawa and Debbie Gleason (Dan),Westmeath, and their mother Helen Gervais (nee Ethier), grandchildren Jodie, Jason, Stephanie, Kenton, Whitney, Cody , Renee, Jeremy, Rory and Sam and great grandchildren Jacob, Olivia, Hayden, Hailey and Finley. Brother John (Jean). Predeceased by son Patrick Gervais and parents Eulysse and Celestine (nee Labine), sister Evelyn Fynn-Hoffman, brothers Maurice ( Luana), Victor, Andrew ( Lillian), Gregory (Inez), Leo (Margaret), Leonard ( Claire), Peter , Paul (late Gisele), and Damasse . Brother-in-law of Marcelle and Theresa Gervais. In keeping with Ralph’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral. Thank you to Father Peter Proulx and Father Bill Kenny for their words of comfort during Ralph’s brief illness.
