WAYNE CAMPBELL
Wayne Campbell of Whitewater Region suddenly, at home, on Thursday, Sept. 29th.
Beloved husband and best friend of Carol Campbell, father of Aaron and Anne. He is also survived by his mother Hazel Campbell, brother Bob (Fran), sisters Wendy Allen (John) and Donna, sister-in-law of Myrna Currie (Bill), brother-in-law of Gordon McDougall (Bonny). He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and 3 grand nieces and nephews. Wayne was predeceased by his father Alec Campbell and his niece Jaclyn Brabazon.
Wayne had a passion for science and education. He and Carol ran Hila Science Camp for 26 years, worked as consultants with the Renfrew County Catholic District School Board as well as countless other activities around the community.
Visitation is at the Westmeath Recreation Centre, Westmeath on Monday, Oct. 10, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. Funeral Service to follow at 11 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shaw Woods Outdoor Education Centre.
