RENFREW COUNTY (Renfrew)— The Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police and the City of Pembroke have joined forces with MADD Canada to reduce impaired boating. With funding from Transport Canada, MADD Canada recently provided several signs, free of charge, to the City of Pembroke to encourage the public and boating community to prevent impaired boating.
