OPP investigate act of mischief at Petawawa Park

RENFREW COUNTY (Petawawa) — The Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating an occurrence of criminal mischief at a Town of Petawawa park located at the corner of Murphy Road and Petawawa Boulevard in the Town of Petawawa.

On July 2, 2019 town staff called police to report that two deer statutes in the park had been damaged.  The damage, which is significant, is believed to have occurred between 9 p.m. on July 1 and 6 a.m. on July 2, 2019.
