OPP investigate break and enters at two golf courses

(LAURENTIAN VALLEY TOWNSHIP — The Upper Ottawa Valley OPP is currently investigating a break and enter to the Pembroke Golf Club located on Golf Course Road in Laurentian Valley Township. Police were called to the scene just after midnight on Sunday, June 18, 2017 after an alarm was triggered. Police attended and discovered that the suspect(s) had made entry to the business and stole an undisclosed amount of cash.
Also, in the early morning of June 18, police responded to a break, enter and theft at the Roanoke Golf Club located on Biesenthal Road in Petawawa. The suspect(s) made entry to the clubhouse and stole a cash register.
OPP’s Forensic Identification Services Unit (FISU) is assisting with the investigations.
