OPP investigate break-and-enters in the Beachburg area

BEACHBURG — The OPP are investigating break and enters in the Beachburg area.
On Sunday, January 22, just after 9 a.m. the Upper Ottawa Valley OPP responded to an alarm at the Hen House on Beachburg Road in Beachburg.
Unknown suspect(s) broke in, but fled prior to police arrival and nothing was stolen.
Also, sometime between the afternoon of January 18 and the afternoon of January 19, an out-building at the same location was broken into and a 3500 watt Honda generator was stolen.
On the morning of Friday, January 27, police responded to a residential break-and-enter on Grants Settlement Road in Whitewater Region.  Entry was made to the residence but nothing was reported stolen.
