The Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approved the designation of lands not subject to Part-Lot Control, being Part of Lot 279 of Plan 65, Bromley Street.
Burton said that this designation would permit a division of the lot by the common wall that divides the unit, separating them into two separate parcels that can be sold separately.
The motion was carried without questions
