The Celtic Night performance held at St. Aidan’s Church in Foresters Falls was a success as a fundraiser for the Whitewater Historical Society. The church pews were filled with people who not only listened to the music, but sang along to some of the tunes as well. The performers were, front row from left, fiddlers Braden Smaglinski and Declan Helferty-Scott. In the back row are, from left, Joan Hewitt, who accompanied the audience singalong and vocalist Clark Burger, and also contributed several piano solos; accordionist Marie Zettler, Daniella Bell, who accompanied herself with her guitar as she sang several vocal solos; vocal soloist Clark Burger, Jocelyn Smaglinski, who on the keyboard accompanied her brother Braden’s violin solos, and Ella Burger, the Ross Museum’s summer student, who initiated, organized, and emceed the program and also contributed piano solos to the evening.
