RENFREW — Renfrew County Federation of Agricultural is hosting its Annual Harvest Gala on Saturday, October 27th.
“This event celebrates the farmers and their harvest as well as giving back to the community through the profits made from the event,” said Donna Campbell, secretary of the federation.
This year’s profit will be going to Hospice Renfrew, she noted.
“Come and join us for great food supplied by Waterfalls Catering and music and dancing by Sidewinder,” Ms. Campbell said.
The event is at the Renfrew Armouries and begins at 6 p.m. with happy hour, an hour later is dinner and dancing begins at 9 p.m., she said.
There will be a silent auction happening throughout the evening, a great opportunity to do some early Christmas shopping, she said.
“For fun and for added profit, we have a pie auction for you to bid on, competition is good,” Ms. Campbell said.
She noted dress code “is dressy but not formal.”
Tickets are $50 each and will be available until Sunday, October 21. To get tickets for this evening of fun and enjoyment, contact Ms. Campbell at 613-432-5568.
