Staff at the County of Renfrew showed their support for the Humboldt Broncos on National Jersey Day — Thursday, April 12. Sixteen players and bench staff of the Humboldt Broncos were killed near Nipawin, Saskatchewan when an horrific accident occurred between their bus and a transport truck. To remember them, to honour them, and to show we are thinking of them, everyone was encouraged to wear a jersey on April 12, or if that wasn’t possible, the colours yellow or green.
