Suddenly at home on Saturday October 17, 2015 in his 77TH year. Ron Ethier of Westmeath, beloved husband of Gail Ethier (nee Hennessy). Loved and cherished father of Terry Ethier (Sally), Westmeath, Glen Ether (Cristina), Montreal, Peter Ethier (Beth), Bruce Ethier (Laurie) and Mary-Lynn Gervais (Brian) all of Westmeath. Loving grandpa to Jennifer, Matthew, Anna, Sarah, Robert, Paul, William, Jessica, Michael, Shamus, Peter, Andy, Mark, Nicholas, Charlene, Ronald, Julie, Steven, Ariel and great grandpa Alex, Jonathan, Emily, Noah, Lizzie, Henry and Mckenna. Special grandpa to Cathy and Joel Lamash, Spencer and Madeleine. Dear brother of Helen Gervais, John Ethier (late Barb), Ryan Ethier (Susan), Bernie (late Patsy) and predeceased by sisters Patricia and Isobel. Sadly missed by all his nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to share their memories of Ron with his family during visitation at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Tuesday 2- 4 and 7 -9 p.m. and after 9 a.m. on Wednesday. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday morning October 21 at 11 o’clock in Our Lady of Grace Church Westmeath. Interment Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.
