Roof on hold

We interrupt the re-shingling of the home roof for winter.
Mac Coughlin, president of the Whitewater Historical Society, said the veranda of the Ross House was re-shingled this fall, but the house re-shingling is now on hold.
The cedar shingles were purchased at Bell Lumber in Renfrew through money donated by various people.
“We thank everyone for their contribution,” Mr. Coughlin said.
In a recent newsletter from the society, there was incorrect information regarding the shingles, he said. Mr. Coughlin said all the shingles were purchased at Bell Lumber in Renfrew, no where else.
