Search continues for missing Pembroke teen

RENFREW COUNTY (Pembroke) — The Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is continuing to search for a missing teenaged male from Pembroke.

Tyson Yakabuskie, age 17 of Pembroke, was last seen on foot on MacKay Street in Pembroke on Monday October 28, at approximately 1:00 p.m. He was reported missing to police on November 11. The missing person has also been known to use the surname Lemaire.  

The missing party is described as:

  • 6’2″ tall, 130lbs with a slim build
  • Short brown hair with a blonde streak at the front
  • Was wearing grey jeans, brown jacket, red ECHO hoodie, red shoes with white soles and black laces.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of this missing person is asked to contact the Pembroke Detachment of the Upper Ottawa Valley OPP or the Pembroke/Renfrew County Crime Stoppers.
