ARNPRIOR — The Renfrew Detachment of the OPP has laid charges after a sexual assault investigation in the Town of Arnprior.
PC Jodi Burns investigated a report of an adult female in Arnprior trafficking drugs and sexually assaulting teenaged males. The report was received on Wednesday, May 9. On Wednesday, May 16 police arrested and charged the female suspect.
Stephanie Horst, aged 27 of Arnprior, has been charged with sexual assault on a person under 16 years of age, sexual interference, and possession of a schedule 2 drug for the purpose of trafficking. She was held in custody for a bail hearing where she was released on a recognizance of bail with conditions.
