That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region authorize a Site Plan Agreement with John and Nellie Bertrand to govern the use of the parking area on the property described as Part of Lot 8, Westmeath Concession East Front “C”.
Ivan Burton said that the agreement was a follow-up to an easement Designed to provide legal water access.
He said it would accommodate a dock, a five-vehicle parking space, and a ‘meandering path’..
Councillor Mackay asked “Wasn’t there a bit of a civil war over this?”
“There were several letters to the county on the county level. One of the conditions of the approval was a site plan agreement.”
