RENFREW COUNTY (Pembroke)On Thursday, July 4th, a group of eager young entrepreneurs gathered to meet with Enterprise Renfrew County staff and business community mentors for the official launch of the 2019 Summer Company Program. 

Seven students from across the Ottawa Valley were successful in earning a Summer Company award to run their own business during the summer. The Summer Company Program is funded by the Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade for students aged 15-29 and is delivered by Enterprise Renfrew County.

Summer Company 2019 student entrepreneurs are:

The Summer Company Program has guided over 134 young entrepreneurs to business success in Renfrew County and has proven itself to be an extremely worthwhile training program for students who want to build their own businesses and develop entrepreneurial skills.
