A fundraiser with three separate events was held for a well-known woman who was raised in the area, who works for the township and will help anyone who needs it. Patsy Moore is battling cancer once again and several people from the community decided to help her battle it by raising some money. A trivia night was held Sept. 25, a golf tourney was held Sept. 27 and a barbecue, silent auction and bash was held Oct. 3. The amount raised is not yet known, but will be announced soon once all the bills have been paid.
