The Fall Flower Show and Tea was hosted by the Beachburg Horticulture Society on Saturday at the Beachburg Lions Hall. Kathleen Tyson won the top two prizes for best plant and best cut flower. Nine exhibitors displayed 119 entries in the Fall Flower Show and Tea. There are currently 45 members and the society is hoping for five more so it is eligible for a grant, noted society president Eleanor Wright. The society is celebrating its 59th year, having begun in 1958.
