Sealed Tenders plainly marked “Foresters Falls Public Library Addition and Renovation”
Project No.13-3328 will be received at The Township of Whitewater Region Office,
Attention: Mr. Doug Schultz, 44 Main Street, Cobden, ON, until 3:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, February 12, 2015
for the supply of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for the construction of a new wood frame, 310 square foot addition to the existing library, including new barrier-free washroom.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting for all bidders will be held on Tuesday, February 3 at 3:30 p.m. local time at 2022 Foresters Falls Road, Foresters Falls, ON.
Bid documents may be obtained from Morris Thuemen, Architects Inc. for a refundable deposit of $35.00 per set (limit of two sets per general contractor and one set per mechanical or electrical contractor).
Tenders will be opened in public immediately following closing time.
The lowest or any tender shall not necessarily be accepted.
