The Public Works Office recommended that the Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the award of Tender 2021-25 Sand Screening to Eastway Contracting Inc. at a cost of $25,973.73 inclusive of non-refundable H.S.T.
Public Works Manager Lane Cleroux said that the sand screening would not occur until September in the Township owned sand-pit.
He said that the replacement of the plough trucks could be tracked in the GPS system of the proposed new trucks.
There were not questions, and the motion was carried.
