Peacefully, at Pembroke Regional Hospital, surrounded by the love of her family, on Wednesday March 20, 2019 in her 92nd year. Teresa Wren (nee Harrington) of Pembroke, beloved wife of the late Mark (Mac) Wren . Loved and cherished mother of Pat Wren (Janice), Edmonton, Maureen Remus (Wayne), Renfrew, Kathy McLaren (Peter), Cobden, John Wren (Trudi), Bernadette Wren both of Pembroke, Dennis Wren (Jennifer) Cobden and Randy Gauvin (Judy), Westmeath. Predeceased by infant daughter Anne- Marie Wren. Loving grandmother of Corey (Tara), Brendan (Judy), Lawrence (Lacey), Anthony (Makie), Karl (Alison), Sarah (Brad), Brittany (Matt), Morgan (Frank), Angie Vanderkooi (Kevin), Jonathan (Angie), Jordan (Ashley), Joshua (Daphne), Jessica, Michael, Dara (Carmelo) and Madison (Josh), Jack and Holly Quinn, and 24 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Margaret Gormley (late Jack), Jim Harrington (Carmel), Claire Cotnam (late Gerald), Robert Harrington (Doris), Kevin (Ted) Harrington (Monique) and predeceased by sisters Marita Mulligan (late Gerald), Mary Shields (late Mike), Maureen (Reenie) Dillon and brothers Patrick Harrington (late Inez) and Desmond Harrington. Sister-in-law of Betty Harrington and Jack Dillon. Sadly missed by all her nieces and nephews. Daughter of the late Thomas Joseph and Mary Frances (nee Drohan) Harrington. Friends were invited to share their memories of Teresa with her family during visitation at the Murphy Funeral Home, Pembroke on Wednesday, March 27 and after 9:30 a.m. Thursday, March 28. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday morning, March 28th at 11 o’clock In St. Columbkille’s Cathedral, Pembroke. Spring Interment St. Michael’s Cemetery, Douglas. In memory of Teresa, donations to the Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation, Canadian Diabetes Association, Dementia Society of Ottawa or the Renfrew County or the Parkinson Society of Canada would be appreciated.
