Dear Editor,
I have lived in Sudbury for fifty years (God help me). The first twenty years of my life was spent on the Queensline. I was one of the Oattes family but fled to Sudbury for work years ago. This is John Arnold Oattes and for many years I enjoyed The Cobden Sun and news from down there.
For some reason I was kicked off Facebook and could not find out why, so I lost your great paper and the news from down there. Once in a while I call Eleanor for news from down Cobden way. I had planed on going back down there when I retired, but times change ones plans. Sad. I still get some of the paper and pictures too.
