The Lavallee family worked as fast and furious as their equipment would allow to get the corn harvested off a field on the Beachburg Road. With a heavy rain storm approaching, all available wagons and trucks were filled to capacity to finish the job late Tuesday afternoon. The rain arrived Wednesday around noon as predicted.
