PEMBROKE The Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the OPP is currently investigating a break and enter to a residence on Mary Street in the City of Pembroke which occurred during the daytime hours of Tuesday, June 5.

The following firearms and electronics were stolen during the break enter: 9mm Luger Desert Eagle pistol – black in colour; .22 calibre German Gun Sports (GSG) pistol, model 1911 – black in colour and a Samsung tablet – black in colour.

Ammunition for the firearms, alcohol and Canadian currency were also amongst the items stolen. OPP’s Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) and an OPP Scenes of Crime Officer (SOCO) are assisting with the investigation.
