Burton said that the Zoning Bylaw was a condition of a severance okayed by the Committee of Adjustment in July.

Burton said that staff was supportive of the motion.

Applicant Brian was present on the call.

“It’s a pretty straightforward motion.” he said. “They didn’t find anything except an old boot. All of the studies have been completed.”

“I know that Mr. Kowalski is eager to proceed.”

Joe Kowalski was also present to speak at the meeting.

“Brian is far more qualified than myself to talk about the planning issues.” he said. “That side is just not my forte.”

There were no questions, and the motion was carried.
