There’s plenty of fun for everyone at the Beachburg Fair this Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The event begins with judging in the exhibit hall at 9 a.m. and an hour later the 4-H Dairy Show begins in the Show Dome.
Gates and midway open at 2 p.m.
The official opening and crowning of Mr. and Miss Little Beachburg Fair begins at 6 p.m. followed an hour later by the demolition derby in the ball diamond and the Dairy Cattle Show in the Show Dome .
Saturday morning at 8 o’clock is the cowboy breakfast followed by the ATV poker run, beef cattle show, freestyle motocross shows and the Ghost Town Cryers entertaining at the dance.
The ecumenical church service is Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. with the 4-H Sheep Show in the show dome at 10 a.m. At 1 and 3 p.m. there are the freestyle motocross shows.
Saturday’s homecooked meal is barbecue pork loin while Sunday is the famous barbecued chicken dinner.
Throughout the weekend, there will also be the midway, the exhibit hall will be opened and a variety of children’s activities, including pony rides, face-paining and the petting zoo.
The cost is $15 per person each day.
