Dear Readers,

Our Office hours have temporarily changed. The office hours will be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. until further notice.

There will be a change to the Urgent Care Clinic at the Whitewater Bromley Community Health Centre (WBCHC) due to COVID-19. Urgent Care changes are effective immediately. Please call ahead to book an appointment prior to presenting to Urgent Care. Do not present to the Centre if you have a new fever, new cough and new breathing difficulties. 

Call WBCHC at 613-582-3685 or the Renfrew County District Health Unit as per the following statement, “For information and general inquiries about COVID-19, please refer to the Renfrew County and District Health Unit website www.rcdhu.com . If you are experiencing symptoms and have traveled internationally, isolate yourself from others as quickly as possible. Then call Renfrew County and District Health Unit at (613) 735-8654, extension 577, or Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000. We recognize that most of these organizations are experiencing higher than normal call volumes and encourage members of the public to be patient as we are all are doing everything we can to respond to all inquiries.”

Due to the risk of the Coronavirus, we appreciate your help with important infection control measures. If you fall into any of these groups , PLEASE DO NOT COME INTO THE CLINIC: If you have had close personal contact with a known or suspected case of coronavirus; If you have travelled outside of Canada; and have a fever, cough or shortness of breath.
