WHITEWATER REGION – Council addressed proposals to upgrade audio and visual components and making the council chambers able to adhere to pandemic safety .
Clerk Carmen Miller described the upgrades as 40,000 for audio upgrades and 20,000 for computers, and desk upgrades to 12,000 with a 3000 contingency, for a total of 75,000. CAO Trembley also suggested the upgrades would aid in emergency situations post-pandemic.
