WHITEWATER REGION — As of April 24, boat launches on Ontario crown land remain open.
This was confirmed by the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry has confirmed on their Facebook page.
Crown land can be accessed for recreational activities such as hiking, unless the crown land is closed or its use for certain other activities is limited.
Turkey hunting season opened April 25 and fishing is open with all rules and regulations in effect.
