The Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the execution of a Development Agreement with Andrea Burde to implement the Phase 1 Karst Assessment.
Planner Burton said the proposal involved three proposed properties fronting onto Westmeath Road, considered by council back in May 2021 before they received delegated authority, so it was currently being processed by the County of Renfrew.
“The primary purpose of the agreement is to inform future purchasers of the agreement.” he said.
Councillor Nicholson asked about a space between the three lots, which is only mentioned in one report.
Burton said there is no space, and the first report that featured one is incorrect.
The motion was carried with no other questions.
