ONTARIO (Toronto) – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of his statutory release.
Kody Whitmarsh is described as a Caucasian male, 34 years of age, 5’10 (178cm), 149 lbs. (68kg) with brown hair and brown eyes, he is tattooed with two (2) roses on his forearm and a Tribal symbol on his right forearm.
He is serving a two (2) year sentence for Armed Robbery, Unlawfully in a Dwelling and Utter Threats To Cause Death.
The offender is known to frequent the cities of Kingston, Bellevile, Port Hope and Trenton.
