Female resident assualted in break and enter

PEMBROKE — The Crime Unit of the Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the OPP is investigating a break and enter to a residence on First Avenue in the City of Pembroke which occurred at approximately 6:30 a.m. on November 25.

Three unknown males forced their way into the residence and physically assaulted the lone, adult, female resident. The victim sustained minor injuries as a result of the incident.

All three suspects had the hoods of their sweatshirts drawn tight around their faces. The suspects fled the residence on foot. There are no further descriptors of the suspects at this time. 

OPP Forensic Identification Services is assisting with the investigation.
